Camping at Crag Lake
Lake Tahoe, CA

Tom, Lily and I went backpacking in the Desolation Wilderness. We started our hike at Meeks Bay, on the western shore of Lake Tahoe, and camped out at Crag Lake.

We got Lily 3 weeks ago from the Sacramento SPCA. They weren't exactly sure of her age, but they guessed she's between 5 and 6. She's a lab mix of some sort and because of her short stature, pointy ears and coloring, we're convinced she's part Corgi. She's the sweetest dog. We love her!

San Diego Zoo

Tom and I spent about an hour watching the gorillas at the San Diego Zoo. We couldn't get enough of them. They were by far the most fascinating animals to watch. This mother and son were inseparable and totally entertaining.
